You can still use late negotiation... And there could be a race condition
sure, but I would suspect unless you are on a very high volume system, you
wouldn¹t run into that race condition that often, and I would argue that if
you are on a high volume system, and you are still running out of G729
licenses, you can probably make room in the budget for another 25 to 50 G729
licenses
