[Freeswitch-users] Can mod_lcr handle indeterminate jurisdictional CIDs?

Basically any Caller ID not in a standard NANPA format.

Seems most carriers rate such calls at the higher intra-state rate. I noticed mod_lcr just chooses the 'interstate' field for any CID that's not technically intra-state. (We don't use the intra-lata field, since our carriers usually don't).
If not, what would the bounty be to have such a feature added?
