You need the combination of manage-presence in sofia profile, rfc-4579
conference flags and to enter the conference either without answering the
channel or calling the answer app with is_conference <action
application="answer" data="is_conference"/>

I just tested it again and when I call the conference the drawer opens up
and starts showing the participants in the lower right hand side and it
changes as I call or end additional calls to the conference.

If you need to collect a trace you can do that and open a jira to keep
track of it but it appears to be working from what I can tell.
