[Freeswitch-users] FreeTDM originate status

If you receive an "-ERR" message from the originate command then you know
the originate itself was not successful and you'll get some feedback, like
"congestion" or whatnot. If you get a +OK message then you know the
originate was successful. What it doesn't tell you is what, exactly, you
connected to, so you'll need to analyze the early media for something other
than a ring signal to determine what ultimately happened to the call.
