Well I  looked and tried finally. It not quite what I need. I need the 
everyone permission to be inherited. Not the group ID, but permission 
set on directory. For example directory have this permission: 777. When 
FS writes a file to that directory, permission of that file became 750. 
And is not inherited from parent.
