[Freeswitch-users] mod_sms endpoints

What I end up doing is deleteing the to header and replacing it with a
registered user.  But I would rather not.

I haven't seen fs complain about a message not been sent in the chatplan.
Just process it via a lua handler and do whatever you want with it.
