Michael,
Thanks for the reply. The tgrp and trunk-context would be parameters in the
contact header.  It would look something like this.

Contact: <sip:+15662221212;tgrp=5662221211;
      trunk-context=example.com at gw1.example.com;user=phone>

   ...
