[Freeswitch-users] bridging two outbound calls

Thanks, Steven. I think it's a very reasonable suspect, although it is
puzzling to see conferencing works with two outbound calls.

I've set freeswitch/ec2 up according to the wiki page,
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Amazon_ec2. I will double check.
