[Freeswitch-users] Detect answer on FXO device

Technically, answer detection is the job of the ATA. The problem is that it
is an inexact science. I would look in the GXW docs to see if they have a
section on 'answer supervision'. It might also be in a section along with
'disconnect supervision.'
