For vim it's easy, there's a syntax highlighter by Michael
Ricordeau(https://github.com/tamiel/Freeswitch_log_vim_syntax):

git clone https://github.com/tamiel/Freeswitch_log_vim_syntax.git
/etc/vim/syntax

In vim:
:set syntax=fslog
