Never mind.

FS does do "rtp auto adjust" on T.38 streams!

The problem here was the client behind NAT was not sending enough packets for FS to do "rtp auto adjust". After configuring the client to send T.38 no-signal packets, FS did receive enough packets to do "rtp auto adjust".

T.38 NAT problem solved :-)
