is the T.38 box at the far end an old Cisco which has not been updated 
for a long time? It looks like you are getting T.38 packets on the RTP 
port, and Cisco used to do this by mistake. In fact, until they ripped 
out and replaced their T.38 engine, Cisco's was one of the buggiest.
