[Freeswitch-users] Invalid UTF-8 character to ampersand, skip it

This is what I did (there are 2 files concerned), and assumes you built
from git (ie, used make current):

cd /usr/local/src/freeswitch/conf/lang/de/demo (or wherever that is in
your source tree)
git checkout -- demo.xml
cp demo.xml /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/lang/de/demo/ (or wherever your
FS is installed)
cd /usr/local/src/freeswitch/conf/lang/de/vm
git checkout -- tts.xml
cp tts.xml /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/lang/de/vm/

If you do not run FS as root, you may need to check and correct the file
ownership.

Enter fs_cli, hit F6 to reload the XML, then check it now works by doing
something that needs phrases (like calling your voicemail).
