I noticed that FS does not send REGISTER expires 0 messages to registered endpoints when the Freeswitch process is shutdown for occasional maintenance.  However, I did notice it sends SUBSCRIBE expires 0 to all presence subscribers.

Is there a flag to cause it to send the REGISTER expires 0 in this case?
