[Freeswitch-users] INCOMING busy tone detect

Off the top of my head I don't recall if the tone_detect app uses
mod_spandsp or not. I would check mod_dptools.c and confirm. In any case,
if you are detecting tones and wish to react accordingly then look at this
app for how to handle it in the dialplan.
