Ok you missed the part about the NAPTR records didn't you?  Make sure you setup your NAPTR records correctly.  I really don't get how people think they are optional.

I know this says optional http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/SIP_TLS#Step_5_-_DNS_NAPTR_.26_SRV_Records_.28optional.29

but they aren't.
