Rereading that, I realise the word "available" is a little vague in that 
context. Let me rephrase that as...

"Unrecognised resource G.729A/0" is a message from the licence server, 
indicating that a client has requested a resource (G.729A in this case) 
for which there are no valid licences on the machine.

In other words, your freeswitch box has no valid G.729A licences 
installed. If you think you have valid licences, are you sure they are 
installed in the correct directory?
