[Freeswitch-users] partial xml reloading

If your situation is "simple" e.g. an incoming DID -> a particular endpoint,
then using mod_odbc_query or a simple lua script sounds good.
If it's "just" this, then I would think mod_xml_curl is very much overkill,
in terms of complexity of setup and that ALL dialplan routing needs to hit
the XML first.
