[Freeswitch-users] Generating ringback if 180 arrives after 183

Hi,

I've made up an external perl client for ESL which
monitors for events and ask to generate ringback
on caller channel if certain conditions happens.

I had to insert two new custom events in sofia.c 
to trigger this situation.

Can be usefule for general use?
If yes, I'll be glad to submit the patch to jira.
