Thanks for this, I know how painfull it can be to read full changlof.

I won't have time myself (I'm pretty busy). But I want to suggest
adding more automatic spam protection.
there is a list of extensions and methods at
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Combating_spam.
Captcha is already enabled. You can add a $wgSpamRegex* or better use
SpamBlacklist extension ;
use IP address blacklists and DNS BL.

* A lot of words have nothing to do with FS. Like "nursing","X-ray", ...
