[Freeswitch-users] OpenSIPS Load Balancer and FreeSwitch issue

192.168.23.33 is your FS box?

So did you edit your new external.xml and set rtp-ip (and ext-rtp-ip?) to
the public IP, and then reload FS or just mod_sofia, or just "sofia profile
$profile_name restart" ?
