[Freeswitch-users] PCMU ringback gets weird if you specify the file extension?

if you specify the exten then the core does not know you are using it
as a native file and all the math is wrong for the samples etc.

if you want to play the file with mod_sndfile rename it to .ul or
encode it as a wav with ulaw payload.
