I did notice, you do not have an NAPTR record, and you don't have any
SRV records.
there is an A record, and port 5060 does respond (if that is the port
you want anonymous inbound calls to come? not port 5080?)

$ perl isn-resolver.pl 0*1325
sip:0 at delorenzo.hopto.org

host -t naptr delorenzo.hopto.org
delorenzo.hopto.org has no NAPTR record

host -t srv _sip._udp.delorenzo.hopto.org.
Host _sip._udp.delorenzo.hopto.org. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
macintosh:~ scheidell$ host -t srv _sip._tcp.delorenzo.hopto.org.
Host _sip._tcp.delorenzo.hopto.org. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Suggest you add (at least) SRV records, both internal and external if
you have split dns.
