[Freeswitch-users] RHEL 6 has launched. CentOS 6 is to follow soon

So far, I've been running FreeSwitch under Fedora 13 which should be
pretty close to RHEL 6 in terms of the kernel, compiler and the
applications.

So far there's 2 issues I can identify with RHEL 6:
- mod_dingaling crashes because of libgnutls being broken. This is not
the fault of the developers of FreeSwitch, blame the distro - Can't
say for sure if this behavior from Fedora 12/13 applies to RHEL 6
- The included libcurl isn't going to compile properly with
FreeSwitch, so most likely the --without-libcurl switch is going to be
needed when FreeSwitch is going to be configured for a build under
RHEL 6. Again, distro specific if I am right on this one here

Those issues are distro specific, so it shouldn't apply to other Linux
distros out there.
