[Freeswitch-users] SQLite CoreDB issues

Have you checked the disks to see if they're functioning correctly,
perhaps your disk's cables aren't properly seated? Also, have you
checked if there's a firmware update for your BIOS/Disk controllers to
see if there was an update to fix these issues?

What SQLite is spitting out seems like to be mainly an I/O issue with
the disks, I may be wrong, but it seems like to be it.
