You are missing development headers for glib as well as the mono devel headers.

yum install glib-devel

will solve the glib.

RPMForge has more current mono packages but haven't used it first hand
to know the exact requirements of mod_managed.

mono-devel at a minimum I suspect. Don't know if there are any other
dependences that yum doesn't solve for you.
