[Freeswitch-users] skyopen stopped working

It was working fine. Then I tried adding more instances, got the error
below. Now I reduced to only single skype instance, it still doesn't work.
Does anyone know about this error? "Cannot create outgoing channel of type
[skypopen] cause: [NORMAL_CIRCUIT_CONGESTION]"
