[Freeswitch-users] SCTP for Windows

http://sourceforge.net/projects/sctpdrv/ seems to be the one.  It makes me think maybe its time to come up with combining a few of these offerings to have a single sctp api with a good license across multiple operating systems.  Does anyone know any of the key players in any of these open source stacks?
