Thanks for the response. Sorry for the lack of info, just getting use to
using freeswitch and not sure what's necessary to troubleshoot all FS
Here's my dialplan entry:

When you say "paging hardware" are you talking about my phones? Polycom 321
I just installed FS this morning so I'm sure I have the most recent version.
FYI I'm using freepbx to configure FS.
Do I need to add a dial group to get the paging working? Still learning, but
so far everything else is working.
