[Freeswitch-users] Disable call waiting

I recommend addressing this issue via endpoint configuration. If you 
really must to do it, I have successfully used "Mod Limit 
(http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_limit) to do it in an effort to 
band-aid a call waiting bug exhibited by a SIP-based DSLAM (until the 
manufacturer could fix it). Not desirable--but works.
