We don't really care what he does with the code.
But if he expects us to help him with a forked tree, it's not going to
happen.

We expect people who make any meaningful changes to the FS core to be wise
enough to work with
us to keep the code in tree so the community can continue to maintain it and
so it can grow with the rest of the
project.

The GPL license is a whole different topic I will avoid at the moment.
