This is where it gets hairy... Yes the MPL says you have to share your modifications with the original author but as far as I can tell you don't have to distribute to cause this clause to go into effect.  

Its like this:

You change switch_ivr_originate.c, you HAVE to share those changes with Anthony.
You create your own mod_kewlshit.c, its yours to do with what you want and you don't have to share.

You change any code that is included with the download YOU MUST share with the original author.
