[Freeswitch-users] Call gets hanged up with ORIGINATOR_CANCEL cause

according to the code:
you are bridging 2 channels where one of them is not answered yet.
and if it never is answered before the timeout it will hangup.
try waiting for both to be answered before you bridge them.
