Try telnetting from your FreeSWITCH box to 10.0.0.1:
shell#> telnet 10.0.0.1 5432
if it doesn't connect, then this isn't a FreeSWITCH / unixODBC error. Check
your routing, etc.
If it does connect, then the error looks unixODBC related.
