[Freeswitch-users] Using fifo_orbit_announce For On-hook Agent

try latest GIT,

there is new outbound_strategy param which defaults to "ringall" which will
be what you want.
The bad part is now you have to wait for each call to be answered before you
can make another call just so you can send the caller id in the initial
call. *shrug* that's how everybody wants it, then go for it its in tree....
