Thanks for answer. It is possible to achieve the opposite? So that 

phone1 ----> |FS1|  ----> |FS2|
phone2 <---- |FS1| <----- |FS2|

becomes 

phone1 -----> |FS1|
phone2 <----- |FS1|

if it detects a bridge in this trombone scenario it will use REFER to transfer the 2 legs on the far end box to be bridged like an attended transfer.
