[Freeswitch-users] Early media configuration

The ignore_early_media value you use in the bridge command, like this.

<action application="bridge"
data="{ignore_early_media=true}sofia/test-int/1001 at somebox,sofia/test-int/1000 at somehost"/>

As for the no audio is probably due to a nat in your network.
