  Haha! I guess a git check out is something special. :P
  Check the installation page on the wiki for specifics. In your case the best thing to do would be to backup your current configs, do a fresh git clone (aka checkout), build FS and then manually integrate your configs into the new default configs. It should be loads of fun!
