Guys I am unable to produce the crash but now both parties cannot hear
each other!

Vars.xml has following lines:
  <X-PRE-PROCESS cmd="set" data="external_rtp_ip=stun:stun.freeswitch.org"/>
  <X-PRE-PROCESS cmd="set" data="external_sip_ip=stun:stun.freeswitch.org"/>

Jingle Client.xml has following lines:
    <param name="rtp-ip" value="$${bind_server_ip}"/>
    <!-- <param name="ext-rtp-ip" value="auto-nat"/> -->
    <param name="ext-rtp-ip" value="$${external_rtp_ip}"/>
    <param name="disable-rtp-auto-adjust" value="true"/>
    <param name="local-network-acl" value="localnet.auto"/>
