Based on positive feedback from VoIP forums, I bought the DECT Siemens
A580IP a couple of weeks ago for about 70€ (sales tax excluded).

Don't know how well it compares to higher-end solutions, but it's been
working fine so far once I was told how to solve some compatibility
issue to get it working with Eyebeam/XLite.
