Improve the kernel and in your situation you will most likely improve your
audio. You can't expect perfect audio when the thread handling RTP is waking
up later than its designated time (after sleeping for the codec timing). The
switch tests for the possibility of this issue on startup when it calibrates
your clock offset ... thus it warned you :)

"-nocal" will simply skip the process of recognizing and warning that your
kernel timer is slow, but will not alter performance in your situation
(unless I am missing something)
