the rfc2833 RTP payload is not interpreted by FS
I have to debug it.

    Try uuid_send_dtmf using the known UUID yourself. That'll show you
    whether uuid_send_dtmf works and the problem is in the expand api, or
    whether it's uuid_send_dtmf that's having a problem.
