[Freeswitch-users] libsofia: 1 thread/profile or 1 profile/thread

When I read 
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Performance_testing_and_configurations#Recommended_SIP_settings
this , it says libsofia only handles 1 thread per profile. Is that correct
or is it more like 1 profile/thread?
