[Freeswitch-users] listen for key presses during a live call

start_dtmf, according the wiki, only enables inband DTMF detection.

"OOB" DTMF detection is enabled by default.

You then have to do something with the keypresses, either with your  
own script talking with event socket, or with bind_meta_app.
