[Freeswitch-users] PBX vs. SIP proxy?

hello
for sip proxy,

for a Ip PBX, sted with freeswitch (
http://www.Freeswitch.org)
sip provide a registrare to let phones register and proxy there request 
to other route or something
while PBX let local dialing, conferencing, voicemail, call  parcking and 
other stufs...
