This can be done with a little dialplan logic and using the pipe sep  
list of dialstrings. Check out the bridge examples here:

I looked around and I didn't see any other fully documented examples  
of hardware setup and config. My recommendation is to create a new  
wiki page and do your write-up. When you're done let me know and we  
will figure out how to index it.
