Someone else asked a similar question which went un-answered on the 3rd 
of June (Is there a way to cancel att_xfer?), I also asked the question 
on IRC yesterday and likewise didn't get an answer - how am I supposed 
to know if this is a bug in FreeSWITCH (in which case I would have filed 
a bug on Jira) or if I'm missing something somewhere?
