[Freeswitch-users] Q931 decoding

jira is an issue tracker in general.
We use it for bugs, features, bounties and anything else that is an ongoing
process that
we want to do a workflow on.  There is an issue type of new feature you can
file such things under
and assign it to yourself so we can track and complete the task in a managed
way.
