[Freeswitch-users] Handle invite with wrong to:IP

My ACL contains:
    <list name="domains" default="deny">
      <node type="allow" domain="$${domain}"/>
      <node type="allow" cidr="62.65.128.62/32"/>
    </list>

So this should be fine, right? However it doesn't work.
