That is presumably for the US. Do you know when the rest of us will be 
free? Also, do you know if some of the later annexes have patents in the 
pool? If their VAD relies on some patent(s) which came later that could 
be a real pain.

http://www.itu.int/ipr/IPRSearch.aspx?iprtype=PS works OK for some 
searches (e.g. G.729 annex B just worked OK), but seems to time out for 
others (e.g. G.729 just timed out - there's probably just too many 
entries :-) )
